Guest guest Posted December 30, 2004 Report Share Posted December 30, 2004 If I do poses where I have my legs straight then bend at the hips to stretch my hamsstrings regularly my toes start to have a tingling feeling even when I'm not stretching. Posts where I bend my hips then try to extend my leg don't cause this Has anyonehere seen this before? Should I just avoid poses that cause this for now?
