Guest guest
I have question about the sweat I get practicing. Time before i got more sweat than now, and better sensations with my body because the warm (like more aware of my body parts), but now... I dont get warm muscles anymore The temperature of the room is about 20ºC and my ujjayi is not loud is almost silence, also my pace of breath and movement is slow. I have done many changes with ujjayi volumen, vinyasa pace and increasing or decreasing the number of the breaths in each asana, but I dont get the common element to give me more temperature. I´d to get some advice or porpouse from you. Namaste Oscarin
Guest guest
Perhaps you have 'learned' to relax in every posture? Dont lock your joints, let your muscle work. And i have found that if i increase focus and silence my mind, i sweat more. lars ashtanga yoga, "moderador" <gasofin44> wrote: > > > I have question about the sweat I get practicing. > Time before i got more sweat than now, and better sensations with my > body because the warm (like more aware of my body parts), but now... > I dont get warm muscles anymore > The temperature of the room is about 20ºC and my ujjayi is not loud > is almost silence, also my pace of breath and movement is slow.
