Hege,

 

Diet Changes:

Gave up meat 6 months into practice = lost interest. Now 2+ years

into practice, losing interest in seafood. Imagine next to go is

dairy. Not eating these foods keeps me flexable.

 

Sugar:

For the past 4 years have been off sugar. Took 6 months to detox from

Sugar. Proven program www.radiantrecovery.com. Getting rid of the

sugar was very hard. Not eating sugar lifts the addiction fog and

brightens the world.

 

Materialistic Items:

It's 16 day's to my birthday, this year for the 1st time in my life,

I truly want nothing. My family struggles with this... My being at

peace with this brings me freedom.

 

These changes have taken place over time.....
