Guest guest Posted February 8, 2005 Report Share Posted February 8, 2005 Hello all -- due to scheduling constraints, the only class my girlfriend and I could get into was ASHTANGA. We are both really loving it 5 weeks in, but unlike most people, I am very rigid and not very flexible.
