New to Yoga

Hello all -- due to scheduling constraints, the only class my

girlfriend and I could get into was ASHTANGA. We are both really

loving it 5 weeks in, but unlike most people, I am very rigid and not

very flexible. Could anyone offer any insight on any kinds of

stretching that would help me over time to gain more flexibility, or

should I just continue the practice as much as I can?? thank you
