Guest guest
thanks to all who gave advice on Bakasana. One good insight is to concentrate on the third eye. That helps keep focus. I find that is also good advice for all of the asanas, as it keeps the practice focused and meditative. Namaste Arturo
Guest guest
Everyone says "look here, look there, look down, look up". Just looking at a spot never helped me. I would breathe shallow, couldn't feel where my body was, wobble, fall apart in the asana. But once I started focusing on my third eye, the fear of falling disappeared instantly, the rest of my body felt integrated and I had control over it, everything was easier and felt like I could stay in them forever.
