Guest guest Posted March 14, 2005 Report Share Posted March 14, 2005 In my reading and learning about yoga I've read stuff that says breath deep into you belly and chest. Is ashtanga different in this area than other forms of yoga or am I not understanding things correctly. >From what I understand is that in ashtanga you should not breath into your belly.
