(see http://tkdtutor.com/11Training/Rites/TibetanRites.htm for detailed info) I want to start doing a morning practice but only have 10/15 mins, and this sounds ideal. In particular I’m looking for an energy boost. Any views on the Tibetan stuff? Does it work? I also do Ashtanga Vinyasa 4 times a week, but in the evenings. Is it ok to mix up these styles?
