Thursdays Led Primary 6pm - 7.30 June Mitchell - www.junemitchellyoga.co.uk Mondays 6pm - 7.30 Beginners Ashtanga Andria Degens Mondays 7.30-9.00pm Mysore self practive Andria Degens. Both excellent teachers. Both do morning classes for beginners (Friday and Wednesday respectively).
