Guest guest
Regular practice is good with a ***lot*** of attention to alignment. Improper alignment can cause serious injuries. I recommend you look into your alignments. My right wrist has been screwed up for the past 2 months because I put a lot of weight on my wrists rather than using my whole arm properly, despite the constant nagging of my teacher (Oh my God! You have no idea. He can really whine sometimes!!!). Now I am paying for it - No arm balances for 2 months, no jump-throughs/backs, can't hold a Chaturanga for more than a breath, injected a few cortesones. I feel shock waves in my whole arm if I even try a single gimmick:( The patient says "Doctor, it hurts here when I press". Doctor says "Then don't do it!!! Or else more cortesone". Which leaves me more time to explore the less fun stuff like Hanumanasana;) Focus on Alignments, Gayathri. We are all perfect with imperfections --
