Guest guest Posted April 9, 2005 Report Share Posted April 9, 2005 I am new to both Astanga and Message boards, so please bare with me here. I have practiced yoga in many forms for a few years but as of Jan 05 I have been doing strictly Ashtanga. I am strong (lifting background) and flexible but cannot seem to get the jump back. I have inquired many times and I usually get the answer that women have a tougher time accomplishing this. Does anyone have any suggestions on practicing this without getting so worn out you can't do anything else? Any hints to get my butt through with ease?
