Many years ago while practicing with David Swenson he

said that everything is a handstand including

jumpbacks. It is true. If you can do a handstand with

control, and ease lifting the feet with control up

into the air, the jumpbacks are easy. Practice,

practice, practice. Good luck.

I read this post and I have been incorporating it into my practice at

home (since I dont have access to a Ashtanga yoga class), it has

helped me, thank you, Curt

I'm interested in this question too... specifically, the one yoga pose of the

primary series I do not do at all is the handstand. Should I at least attempt

this? Do you have any advice for someone trying to learn handstand?? Thanks
