Guest guest
Has anyone in this group been told or read from the Yoga Sutras that you are not to practice asana in the sun ? Do not practice in either direct or indirect (say coming thru your window) sunlight? If you have read this in the Yoga Sutras can you paste the quote here for all to see? Why is it bad to have the sunshine on you during asana? Does it (the yoga sutras) say? I have done many practices on many beaches and on my roof top in the early morning thinking the sun would fill me with warmth and energy...Am I hurting anyone (self including) by doing asana with the sun coming up? Does anyone else here ever practice on the beach with the sun or else where with the sun? Thanks. Let the sunshine In. Joe
