I haven't tried Swenson's video, but the YogaMonde DVD was produced by Nicole Bordeleau, my current teacher, and her own teacher, Mark Darby. It's very good, very complete... Definitely not for beginners, but excellent for more advanced students. You can see a clip of it on YogaMonde's website, where you can also order the DVD: http://www.yogamonde.com/boutique_en.html The DVD was praised in Yoga Journal recently. I'm a bit biased because I love studying with Nicole (and the few times I practiced with Darby were amazing), but I'd highly recommend it! Guest guest
Julie, Swenson's video is definitely 5 stars too. I guess my question would be is the flow of the routine altered at all or stopped to show variations or offer instruction? I find this distracting because I use the video almost everyday. Also, can you tell me if the video shows the return without pauses or any alterations from the performance of the routine, thanks, Curt
