Guest guest Posted April 30, 2005 Report Share Posted April 30, 2005 hi all I am new to the group and i want to say hello. Also , I have a question about yoga and excercise, especially running. I am new to ashtanga as I have only been practicing daily for about three weeks now. I notice that whenever I run or bike or workout at the gym that I compromise a lot of flexibility and i 'm wondering if there are any runners out there who also practice ashtanga regularly? I know that I shouldn't focus too much on "progress" I may or may not be making with poses, but I do enjoy when I can get a more intense work out and my hamstrings aren't super tight the entire time....
