Guest guest
I take mine in the shower with me every once in a while... Just clean it with warm water. I never have any problems with it. If that doesn't sound like enough you might try a non solvent cleaner like simple green. On May 22, 2005, at 9:33 PM, jewelboy212003 wrote: > Hi, I was just wondering you all do for mat hygiene. Guest guest
hi there, i just throw mine in the washer on cold. some people take it in the shower. i once bought a "mat cleaner" that was totally useless. it was a spray that cost $16 and actually made the mat very very slippery. i don't recommend it. i wash my rug once a week but my mat only about once a month. i hope this was helpful. cheers, ro

Guest guest
1) Soak the mat in a bucket of Hydrogen Peroxide for 10 minutes. 2) Wash the mat in a high-speed washing cycle with strong, environment unfriendly Lysol detergent for 30 minutes. 3) Run a tractor on the mat to squeeze out the water. 4) Since the drier aren't doing a good job lately, you could optionally dry the mat in a coal mine. 5) Spray lavender essence on the mat.
