Guest guest
FYI I did a workshop with David Williams last year. i thought he was great. Honest, fun and real. i loved that he emphasized the importance of making sure the practice feels good. Doing what is appropriate for the moment. making a connection between Mula Bandha and breathing. If you have the opportunity to go-You should go. he did leave out a few things like chakrasana but i felt the whole weekend was wonderful and worth while. And yes he had fun Guruji stories too. debbie > Hi everyone, > Just to let you know that David is doing a wokshop 9th - 12th > June 2005 in Birmingham, UK.
