Guest guest
Yes John, I've had the same experience. I discovered by accident that the way I was gripping the toe made a big difference. When I simply "hook" the big toe with my index finger and don't close my fingers around the toe, it doesn't hurt. When I was really grabbing and closing my fingers around the toe it would ache all day. I hope this helps! Does anyone know if there is a reason from grabbing the toe as opposed to just grabbing the foot?
