John's Big Toe Pain

Yes John, I've had the same experience. I discovered by accident that the way I

was gripping the toe made a big difference. When I simply "hook" the big toe

with my index finger and don't close my fingers around the toe, it doesn't hurt.

When I was really grabbing and closing my fingers around the toe it would ache

all day. I hope this helps!

Thanks I'll try that out. I've been using two fingers.

 

Does anyone know if there is a reason from grabbing the toe as opposed

to just grabbing the foot?
