Guest guest Posted June 9, 2005 Report Share Posted June 9, 2005 hey everyone.. just a quick query i wonder if someone can help me with... i have recently developed a strange pain in my left elbow and another similar sensation in my right shoulder which i feel is agravated by practicing vinyasa... i am almost able to float through comfortably but i have to bend my knees to get through... jump backs are no problem... i feel the elbow sensation may be due to the twist that the arm has to go through in transfering from positions like Uttanasana to chaturanga.. the shoulder is aching as i try to float through... these two 'pains' are stopping me from practicing vinyasa... any suggestions...
