Dear Yogi,

 

years ago I knew a sports student. He always said that it was the best to

exercise 3 times a week at a minimum, whatever it might be. In my opinion it's

psychological more difficult to exercise 2 times a week, than every day a little

bit. My expierience is also that I achieve more in other areas of my life when I

exercise. The more work you have the more important it is to do yoga. Have fun.
