This is for me very difficult - and it took me long time before I could do it.

 

Below you have a perfect description about how to do it. You have to be strong

in your legs. When you are getting up - press with your legs so you have alot of

pressure in your hands and arms - and then push from the hands in a rolling

moving action your balance up over the pelvic and the feet.

I am not sure if I am doing it correctly, but:

Keep you arms steady and keep bring the feet back as close to the arms

as you can ... bending the knees - this is probably an imperfection.

Once you can not go any further, just push forward and stand up.

At first you may be too far back and would have to take a step back
