I just had a baby 11 days ago and feel like I would like to start a mini-practice but I've heard that you shouldn't start practicing for at least one to three months after giving birth. Anyone else who has had a baby, I would love to here your experience with the yoga after birth. Although, time is more limited at the moment, I'm sure I could find time for half an hour or an hour every morning (even if it is a very sleepy practice :-) . Thanks for any advice.
