A sharp "pull" from your mula bonda (sp?), just as you

are starting the manuver helps.

Also Uddiyana bandha.

Start with using blocks. Its great help.

1) Exhale and lift the butt up into the air. So the

balance is on the heels and hands.

2) Inhale, apply mula and uddiyana bandhas, cross the

legs and shoot back with the butt pointing up all in

one. *Do not* let go of the uddiyana bandha until the

jump back is done. If it is let go, the jump back is

shorter.

3) Initially, the jump back is very fast. But with

practice it can be slowed down - Although I can't slow

it down, I have seen people do it.

In the eternal words of Robert Wilensky, "We've heard that a million

monkeys at a million keyboards could produce the Complete Works of Shakespeare;

now, thanks to the Internet, we know this is not true."
