Guest guest
Hi Amanda, When you are in Paris, you can practice at our shala. Our website is www.ashtangayogaparis.fr and email is ashtangaparis . We have mysore practice everyday. By the way, quite the traveling schedule you have!! It's great that you will continue to practice, I think it will help you feel more balanced. Take care, Linda Linda Munro Ashtanga Paris www.ashtangayogaparis.fr amanda <whyqqqqq ashtanga yoga ashtanga yoga ashtanga yoga levels in Mysore and help me find teachers on my little tour! Sat, 23 Jul 2005 18:26:10 -0700 (PDT) Another thing to note about going to Mysore and considering yourself intermediate is that there are a lot of yogis there that practice second series at home...yet they are practicing primary series at AYRI. So excited for you! Have fun! K, I have a request. I will be spending time (at least a week in each place) in Portland, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; Kalamazoo and (near) Flint, Michigan, Charlotte, North Carolina, Oswego, New York; and Paris, France. Can anyone recommend good teachers in those areas? I know that I can do self-practice, but I am in a space where I feel like I could use guidance....plus, it'll be a fun tour-of-Ashtanga places in the US! In case you're interested, I started my little tour in Mysore, practiced in Tokyo, Rome, London and now, Encinitas in California. I feel so lucky to have met so many awesome teachers so far! fun, fun! thanks for the advice, amanda h. p.s. Actually, while I am at it....I have a more serious practice question. I started to practice only 2nd series about a month ago. While I am traveling, I am going to practice both 1st and half/2nd cause I feel I need the balance and grounding. My question is - how long does the crazy, energy-flowing-in-all-directions feeling last that 2nd series has produced? This is probably a terrible time to be traveling around because I just feel like a bundle of nerves, but what can I do besides going back to practicing just 1st (and don't want to miss all the great tips I am getting on the new-to-me poses!). thanks again!
