Guest guest Posted August 19, 2005 Report Share Posted August 19, 2005 Any suggestions on learning this one all on your own? I've had an instructor assist me with it before. Once. Over two years ago and I haven't tried to do it since without a spotter. The instructor that introduced me to it has since left the city and with her pretty much all of the Ashtanga classes. Tips?
