Guest guest
Hi Chris It depends on what you are looking for and how many miles you want to travel. The whole city is only 7 miles long, so it won't be a big commute to any shala. If you want traditional mysore style practice, then you can go to open door yoga in Noe Valley (www.opendooryoga.com). You can take any bus west on Market Street and exit on Castro Street, then take the 24 Bus to their shala on 25th and Castro (a 9 street distance). You can also find traditional mysore style practice at GreenPath Yoga (www.greenpathyoga.org). You can get there from Market by taking a bus west to Stockton, then the 30 bus, which will take you to Chestnut and Pierce, one block north of their studio on Lombard. If you're adventurous, you can take the BART to Berkeley and exit on Ashby, then take a bus east to visit seventhheaven yoga (www.7thheavenyoga.com). Nearest to where you are staying is Its Yoga, (www.ItsYoga.com); however, traditional ashtangis may not find it to be traditional. Good luck and namaste Arturo Message: 5 Fri, 19 Aug 2005 00:21:52 -0000 "Chris Graham" <chgraham2004 Ashtanga in San Francisco, Vicinity of Market & 2nd?
