David Swenson's are excellent. He guides you through

each posture with a detailed explanation for the first

part of the DVD, and then the second half is basically

like a led first series class. Very good. Highly

recommended.

Hi everyone,

Has anyone used Nicky Doane's DVDs, by any chance? I've used 2 so far and

I'm not exactly pleased with them. She talks a bit too much and I find it

distracting. She even talks almost all the way through Shavasana. While it

might be helpful to someone who hasn't practiced before it isn't great for

those of us that have.

I've heard David Swenson's DVDs are quite good. Would anyone reccomend them?

Or perhaps another Ashtanga DVD for home practice?

All the best to you all.

Namaste.
