Guest guest
I run short of time now. I can practice ashtanga for half an hour daily. What do you consider to be better: 1) practicing sun salutations + initial asanas + final asanas or 2) using short-forms, similar to David Swenson`s? In the first method you use your practice as a sandwich, with variable quantity of asanas in between, depending on time. In the second method you practice different type of asanas (one or two standing, some sitting, etc).
Guest guest
For more varieties and experiences, one should try both - maybe Option 1 for two months and then Option 2. Then you probably will be able to relate the benefits or differences each Option can offer. By then, you may be able to see there are more than just 2 Options available. Have a joyful practice. ashtanga yoga, luscott04 <no_reply> wrote: > I run short of time now. I can practice ashtanga for half an hour > daily.
