Guest guest
Wow. What a great story. An Italian ashtangi chef! In fact a little envious. I am 38 yo also. Married with three boys (one 7 yo & two 3 yos) Yes, twins. The envious part is I will not be able to do something as you are doing or have done because of family. They definitely keep me grounded & here in the U.S. Sounds like heaven to me. Best of luck on your venture and let us know as you progress. I've been practicing ashtanga for the last 9 years, but seriously only since 2, when i decided to give up my job as chef, to entirely dedicate myself to sadhana. I'll just write you down a little of my life, for i think important to let myself know as much as i can, in order to better help anybody that will help me in my request, hoping to entertain you and also because reading others life-experiences is always a chance to catch some interesting Teachings to my eyes. Guest guest
I also practice Yoga regularly but on a daily basis. My routine includes Pranayama, Breathing excercise followed by a brief set of 10 to 15 asanas. I am able to follow these routines regularly. I have a farm with a small bunglow which is located on a mountain top. The air is very pure, clean and non polluted. at the same time the place is located within motoable distance from Mumbai [ Bombay].
Guest guest
Hy Nalin, i didn't see this second e-mail before, when i answered you in the other one. As i wrote in my letter i'm really interested in finding a place and the photos will surely help. Could you be so kind to give me more information about your idea of getting myself involved and a little more about yourself (age, what is the products of your farm, and everything you'd like to write)? max nalin patel <nalinpatelmangaon ha scritto: I also practice Yoga regularly but on a daily basis.
