David Williams First Ever Retreat in Mexico April 2006

David Williams normally does a 4-day workshop, visiting yoga studios

around the world.

 

Next April 19-22, he will hold a retreat in Mexico at a place called

Haramara Retreat. You get to stay in these cool little casitas

("little houses"), eat three Ayurvedic-inspired meals a day, all a

stone's throw from the Pacific Ocean in what seems to be one of the

last unspoiled places on earth.

 

I went there last year just to vacation, and saw they did yoga

retreats (they have a beautiful elevated practice room that has a

360-degree view of the coastal mountains and ocean. When they saw me

and my fiance doing yoga, they mentioned that they held retreats.

 

When I returned, I called David and asked if he'd be interested.

"Well, I've never done anything like this...but if you arrange it, I'd

be interested."
