Hi

I have never heard about holding your foot instead of the toe - the correct way

is to hold your toe. But everything is up to you

ashtanga yoga Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana

Hi,

Was wondering if any of you have heard of holding the foot (rather than

toe) in the standing sequence (primary series). I was told its a lot

safer, and is now being recommeded, as many people have been

dislocating their toes and tearing ligaments(??).

Namaste,

John
