A Special Guest Teacher Lindsey Syred will be teaching while we are in Canada over the Christmas Holidays. The schedule will be modified, if you would like a copy just let us know and we’ll send you a copy through email. Lindsey first discovered yoga in 1994 while living in Sydney, Australia. After returning home to Toronto, Canada she began practicing Ashtanga yoga with her widely respected teacher Ron Reid. Over the years she has completed a two year diploma program for massage therapy, a yoga teacher training program with Ron Reid and an intensive training with Richard Freeman in Boulder, Colorado. She has taught previous yoga workshops in Paris, France and Jersey Island and is currently a teacher at The Downward Dog yoga studio in Toronto. Lindsey's love of yoga on and off the mat continues to grow as a daily practice. She is very honored and excited to be coming back to Paris...she asks for your patience with her French!!
