Guest guest
I'm certain there are classical rules to the early morning practice. I have read that the energies at dawn are good for the practice. Someday [soon], I plan to try it. I practice in the mornings because then I feel great during the day and then it's done - a work deadline or something else can't get in it's way. I'm stiffer in the morning, but the rewards are great. I enjoy afternoon practice a bit more because of the lack of stiffness. Even so, mornings work best for me. If I practice during the day - I prefer to wait 3 hours [at least two] after I've eaten. Namaste- Diane
