Guest guest Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 This might be a little late in coming to you, but, my recommendation is Devorah Sacks at Bernal Yoga,. Sh's an ecellent teacher and has an amazing practice. Alot of people let themselves in by 6-6:15am. She's a much better teacher than the one at Greenpath, better ajustments all the way around, more in touch.Parking is pretty easy, the studio a bit larger. Greenpath has very low ceilings, some tall people can't even get into handstand. "The yoga studio:" will open in feb. where Catherine Shaddix will be teaching a Mysore program, also another very good teacher with an amazing practice, but, I believe she's in India now, and, the studio charges outragous drop in prices. Guest guest Posted February 1, 2006 Report Share Posted February 1, 2006 The Mysore program will start at the new Yoga Studio San Francisco on Feb 22 when Catherine Shaddix returns. The drop in prices may be high, but most Mysore students sign up for the monthly unlimited. There's a special going on at $99 a month (going up to $125 after Feb 5, and $149 in March). When I called I was told that for Mysore students the fee won't be activated until they start the first class on Feb 22.
