For the Suryanamascara A & B, how about you buy some practice sheets so people

can use them, and make them

available for them to purchase them?

I am a new teacher of Ashtanga in Humboldt County [north of San

Francisco]. I've been practicing and exploring different types of

yoga for the past 13 years.

 

As I'm working with private sessions, I'd like to be able to handout

the following to my clients:

 

Suranamaskar A and B

A description of the bandhas and breath - and a couple of exercizes

for both.

Go to ashtanga.com store, they have a wonderful practice card! I just ordered

them, and they are wonderful! They are laminated, the size of a regular peice of

paper, have suryanamaskara A & B, the standing sequence, primary series, and

closing sequence, the names of asanas in sanskrit, the opeining and closing

prayer in english and sanskrit, etc... They are $10 retail, or $6 wholesale

($250 minimum order for wholesale, but they also have P Jois Yoga Mala, videos,

and tons of good stuff). I teach Ashtanga as well, and am opening a yoga school:
