Guest guest
Question - how long have you been practicing the pranyama? Don't expect it to work over night - make it a daily practice! (ok you can take Sundays off!). I don't know what style of pranyama you are practicing? - can you give us some detail here - method, sequence, etc. What type of yoga are you practicing now? Ashtanga Vinyasa? Primary series? (how far into the series do you go?) how often? Peace & piece, Fraction8r
