Annie Pace Traditional Ashtanga Weekend Workshop and Mysore Classes

to be held in Alexandria, VA at Little River Yoga:

 

This workshop is intended to provide the beginning practitioner an

experience of the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga, as well as deepen

all practitioners’ experience of the traditional breath/action

relationship. The workshop consists of 3 guided classes and one

Mysore style session. Classes will work progressively and are

appropriate for all levels of students. (Drop-in registration for

Friday only, space permitting.)

Annie will be available for morning Mysore classes and private

instruction.

 

Annie Pace is a devoted teacher of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, and her

primary intention is to maintain the integrity of this ancient

system. She received her Advanced B certification from Sri K.

Pattabhi Jois in 1995 and continues to study extensively in India.

With 25 years of experience, Annie is one of the most adept

practitioners of this method, yet her teaching approach is easily

accessible for all levels of students.

Residing in Crestone, Colorado, Annie also offers private retreats,

community classes and individual instruction.

 

Workshop Schedule:

Friday, 3/3:5:30-8:00pm

Saturday, 3/4:8:00-10:30am & 3:00-6:00pm

Sunday, 3/5:9am-12noon

$175/$150(pre-reg by 2/10)

Monday-Wednesday: Morning Mysore, $25/class
