If you are struggling with your practice - this is the place to go to

learn new ways to achieve the traditional Ashtanga form.

There are still places available on the special two week residential

workshop at Purple Valley Retreat with Gabriella Pascoli:

Exploring Ashtanga Yoga with Heart, Body and Soul.

Starts on 18th February.

For flyer go to

This workshop is suitable for all levels except absolute beginners.

Gabriella follows a very traditional teaching technique (she lived in

Mysore for 6 years, studying daily with Guruji & Sharath) but in this

workshop she will also be working with modifications and adaptations

to suit injured and older bodies.

Gabriella has a very strong yet sympathetic style, and while this

workshop will give novices and advanced practitioners alike the chance

to work closely and individually with an advanced and experienced

teacher, it will also appeal to those who have long term injuries or

are older.

Her aim is to get all students following a practice that is as close

as possible to the traditional form taught in Mysore, but she achieves

that through giving students an individual and modified practice to

help them work with any injuries or body inflexibility.

Search on Google for cheap flights direct to Goa from Europe.

Any questions, please email Theresa Appleby, Purple Valley Retreat's. She is theresa_appleby

Om shanti.
