Guest guest
Dear all, sorry for my little English ....) I am yoga teacher (Italian) and I am "in Yoga" long 38 years. I started to teach yoga for children 20 years ago (when my daughter born). Now I am teaching Lila Yoga to the yoga teachers. To teach yoga to the children is very important and necessary (I saw the positives effects on my daughter and the other my students, actually adults) but we have to be very very very careful. Body is growing up and the little minds are too in movement so the asana must be in according with that. Exercise for the memory, balance, to keep deep attention , synchronism of the brain lobes, is really important too. Never we have to forget it. So, Pranayama, Dharana and Dhiyana are necessary. But the work must be playful. We have to make the body, brain, psyche and spirituality of the child to grow up together. Have a nice day Love Yogacharini Emy Blesio (Gayatri Devi)

Guest guest
Dear Yogacharini Emy Blesio (Gayatri Devi), This is really beautifully stated. As an adult student, I also am bringing body, brain, psyche and spirituality together, and have been greatly helped by teachers who encourage a playful attitude.
