Rolf and Marci will be teaching a special two day workshop in Albany,

California (adjacent to Berkeley) on March 4-5 9:30 AM - 5;45 PM both

days!

Rolf and Marci will be at Greenpath Yoga ( see:

http://www.greenpathyoga.org/workshops_events.html ) in San Francisco,

through March 10, 2006 All classes are Mysore style but new comers

are welcome. the Greenpath classes are 6:30-9:00 am -- Monday - Friday.

 

Rolf is certified to teach ashtanga yoga by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. He

will be joined by his wife, Marci Chu. This is a great opportunity to

study with this very accomplished teacher.

 

"Rolf Naujokat began his yoga studies in India in 1975 with

traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Japa Kriya. He lived in India

for more than 25 years and taught there and in Nepal for over 16

years. Then he taught in Bali, Thailand and Singapore for 5 years. He

was certified by his guru, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, in 1996 to teach the

Ashtanga Yoga system. He practices the 4th series and has studied

every year since 1990 for 3-4 months in Mysore with his guru.

 

Marci Ciu-Naujokat has been practicing Yoga since 1990 and first

learned the Ashtanga Yoga system in 1998 in Mysore, India from Sri K.

Pattabhi Jois and then Rolf Naujokat in Goa, India. She completed the

Yoga Works Teacher Training with Maty Ezraty and Lisa Walford in 2000,

then apprenticed under Maty Ezraty and Chuck Miller for more than 4

years. She taught Ashtanga Yoga at Yoga Works and then taught together

with Rolf in Thailand."
