Guest guest
Hi Jelena It's commendable to have a home practice. I do that in part because of my work schedule. I try to go to the shala on Sundays. If you need to get more hip flexibility, maybe you can mention that to the teacher that you see once a week. Your teacher can concentrate in helping you move forward in hip opening poses. Opening comes with time In the tortoise poses, remember what the teachers told you and make a little effort each day. They say things such as, extend your legs fully, reach your head towards the floor, keep your arms straight under the legs. For the second one, they will tell you to bind your arms first, with the hands as far high up the back as possible (the first tendency is to bind the arms near the buttocks). Then cross your feet and try to get the head in between the crossed feet. Cheers Arturo >Message: 3 > Wed, 08 Mar 2006 01:41:55 -0000 > "vraticuseu9" <jelenamc >Home Practice > >Hi everyone.
