Guest guest Posted March 24, 2006 Report Share Posted March 24, 2006 Silly question, but when doing Chakrasana - does anyone experience the "fart" noise as your back leaves the mat. I don't mean a real fart!... but as air is sucked in or compressed between the small of your back and the mat...especially if you are sweaty. I've started getting very self conscious about this... to the point where I sometimes don't do Chakrasana anymore.. especially if there are loads of people in the class too!
