Re. chakrasana and the fart noise!

Thanks for the advice all.

 

I tried the towel under the back this evening - did the trick!

 

I do get very sweaty during my practice, and I wear one of those running

vests... I can't go topless... all the ladies would just be sooooo

distracted!

 

I know its childish, but I just can't help chuckling when I hear

embarrassing noises during a full class...which is why I can't stand

making them myself! A class full of women are always going to think the

worst of noises coming from a guy!

 

The other thing that cracks me up (literally too) is people who start

snoring during shivasana...and that normally always tends to be the

women!

You should visit India - where everyone farts, burps

and snores freely:-)
