Guest guest Posted April 11, 2006 Report Share Posted April 11, 2006 Hey Everyone, I wanted to ask all of you if anyone can do Vrshikasana (scorpion pose) and wanted to ask how you get strong enough to be able to start balancing on your forearms and later moving up to just standing on your hands???Also, how do you build the balance to do Padma Sayanasana?
