Guest guest
I strongly recommend those who know Tamil to visit the Home Page on Sri Akhilandeshwari Thiruvembavai (Tamil). The URL Site Location is: http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Agora/9514/akila.htm This Thiruvembavai is written by Shri. Rajagopalan with the blessings of Kanchi Periyava and he follows the style of Andaal's Thiruppavai, and Manickavasakar's Thiruvembavi. These poems describe the divine beauty and characteristics of Ambaa - Akhilandeswari. Shri Rajagopalan describes Her in 27 poems with great devotion and dedication. Bharathiyar is a great devotee of Ambaa and he has composed several verses in praise of Ambaa. The notable ones include: OM Shakti OM Shakti OM! Parashakti, OM Shakti OM Shakti OM!! Vellaitamarai Poovil Iruppal! (Ragam Ananda Bhairavi) This is one of the most beautiful of his compositions. If I remember, Bombay Jayashree, Sudha Ragunathan and others have sung) Thirumagal Thuthi (Ragam Sakkara Vaham) etc., Ram Chandran
