36. raajyalaxmi pradaa

To HER devotees SHE bestows dominion over worlds and Lordship. Greatest of

all kingdoms is aatmaraajyam. That is abiding in Self. By worshipping HER

one can attain that svaraajyam.

 

sahasranaama celebrates HER as raajya daayinii and saamraajya daayini.

Also it pays tribute to HER as raajya laxmii. Since SHE is raajyalaxmii,

to those who surrender to HER, SHE the gives the greatest gift of all,

that is HERSELF.
