Guest guest
I have two texts on this ashhTottaram. The one which I was mainly following (A) splits this name into two (as sarva-vidyaa-pradaa and vaachyaa), however it skips the 74th name guhya vidyaa. The other text (B) I have presents it as a single name. sarva vidyaa pradaa means SHE who bestows all the (types of) knowledge, like in various arts. Or chiefly the aatma vidya or brahma vidya. vaachyaa means one who is spoken of and praised by veda-s. Or SHE who is one with veda-s. If taken together, this name means SHE whose words causes/bestows all the knowledge, mainly aatmaj~nAnam. That is from HER veda-s flow bestowing the knowledge of Self which cannot be known otherwise. If taken as a single name then the dative is AUM sarvavidyaapradaavaachyaayai namaH or AUM sarvavidyaapradaayai namaH AUM vaachyaayai namaH Your corrections and additions are most welcome.
