I did ask a knowledgeable elder and he said yes. If you think it does not please correct me. Again, I should resort abhirAmi bhaTTa's words (vinaiyEn thoDuththa cholavamAyinum nin thirunAma~NgaL thOththirAmE - even if this sinner's words are inferior, as they praise your names they attain the status of prayer). Guest guest
Dear Ganesh, Here I should plead to na janaami shabdam na janaami chaartham na janaami padyam na janaami gadyam and admit my ignorance. I taught myself to read, write, and understand (little bit) sanskrit over a period of last 5+ years, mainly to understand religious literature and did that by repeatedly reading those texts. Even in the case of tamil (which I was trained well) I barely remember the poetic rules like "nEr nEr tEmA niRai nEr puLimA". The answer is I do not know. I was just driven by a desire a create something like a gAyatrI on shrI minAxI to worship HER. If I am wrong, my intention is not to mislead anyone. AUM namo namaH sha~Nkara pArvatiibhyA.m Sincerely, Ravi To realize HER as hrImkArINi, I meditate on rAjamAta~Ngi, may that mInAxi inspire my intellect (to know HER). Based on that limited knowledge, first two lines are correct. But the last line has one extra syllable. It can be corrected by changing it to tanno shaktiH prachodayAt.h Ravi
