Namaste friends;

 

My name is Stephen Brown, and am a junior in south east asian religion

at

the University of Rochester. I have been involved in hinduism, and been

practicing in some form for 2 years or so now. I have been leading a

very

informal path, informed by my studies and experiences. I have come into

very close contact to a man who is a sri vidyite who is nearing the time

in

his life when he should continue his guru's liniage. I am looking to

ask

him for sri vidya sadhana, and i was interested in understanding the

ritual

and traditional aspects of asking a guru for sadhana, and how one is

recieved.
