My name is suprabha and I have been a silent member of this group for the last couple of months. Since I have neither scriptural nor spiritual knowledge to share with, I was content watching and learning what ever I could. The above are a few telugu poems that flowed through my pen as soon as I read Sree Ravi's post where he asked us to praise Mother with what ever words we are given..they are not exactly praises . what I am given at this minute are a few simple day to day words, in conversational metrical poetry as if I am speaking to Saarada her self and the last one was a few words to you.. To Non telugu speaking members essense of the poems.. 1. Even though every one keeps you on a pedestal thinking you are the mother of all mothers, knowing my belief in you, as soon as I ask, you come to me rightaway with out disappointing me, and give me those beautiful words with love so that I can praise you in the form of poems. 2. Thinking of you ,as the mother of the mothers, who appears to people who has faith in you, in what ever form they desire ,I asked you to come to me in Saaradaamba's form . Having heard my prayers ( having come ) you remained in my heart, speaking to me,..because of my past life's good deeds. 3.By giving these poems like this even with out my asking ,are you (giving me approval ) suggesting that I share these with the fellow members ? If you deisre so , who am I to say otherwise ? If you drop the poems with love, is it going to be difficult for your daughter to share them ? 4. Conveying my regards ,as naluva raaNi's (Saarada's ) daughter, having arranged the words in a beautiful fashion,I am sending these Lilies ( utpalam = lily )to you, written in telugu, with daevi Saaradaa's blessings . 1st three are written in "utpalamaala" meter and the last one in "dhruvakoekila" a style similar to "mattakoekila" With heartfelt thanks to Sree Ravi and Saarada for the inspiration and words given, with regards to you all, suprabha
