I consider these words of shAradA as a blessing. Probably SHE does talk, my attention is so distracted I am unable to listen. May SHE bless me with the ability to listen to HER. Till SHE talks to me in the frequency in which I can listen and understand, I will keep complaining to HER :-)) The following verses are in the same tune as the pallavi of "mAyamma ani ne" sung by D.K. paTTammaL. I know nothing about music or poetry. Yet out of desire to worship HER I composed this verse. Each stanza can be looped over and over again. Language is Tamil. It is based on the verse mAyamma by shyAma shAstry. ennamma ena naan azaitta pin ennODu pesamATTaayaa - devI unnaiyallaal ippuviyil vEROr gatiyennakkuNDo - amma (ennammaa ...) un malaraDiye aDaikkalam aDaikalam ena aDainda pin - naan mun cheytha pizhaikaL kaaTTi nI maRuppatenna nyAyamO - mInAxI (ennammaa ..) English translation. devii ! When I call you with love "my own mother", why are not speaking to me? In this world, do I have any refuge other than you? To your lotus feet I have surrendered and abandoned myself. Now is it fair for you mInAxI to refuse me citing the my previous faults?
